I recommend using a link you can edit, like Linktree, a custom page on your website etc
This way, if for any reason you need to edit the content, you can do so without breaking the link and making your chip and QR code not work. 
If you don't have this option, a link to your Facebook page, Instagram or website works just as great!

How to use:
Tap It (NFC)
Unlock your phone.
Hold the back of your phone near the keyring.
Tap the pop-up notification to open the link.

Scan It (QR Code)
Open your camera app.
Point it at the QR code.
Tap the link that appears.

NFC must be turned on in your phone settings. (Most modern Android and iPhones support this)
Some older phones may not support NFC, so the QR is your backup!

They are 3.5cm square in size and 6mm thick
Depending your backing colour, your QR code will either be black or white.
